Hi friends and family, As we get closer to welcoming our sweet baby into the world, we are feeling so grateful for the love, support, and excitement surrounding this next chapter for our family. Becoming parents is something we’ve dreamed of, and we know we won’t do it alone! In those first few weeks at home, our biggest focus will be on healing, bonding, and learning our way as a new family of three. Anything that helps lighten the load, whether that’s a home-cooked meal, groceries, a quick drop-off, or even a short visit, it means so much to us. This page is simply a way to make it easy for anyone who wants to help to do so in a way that works best for them. There is absolutely no expectation, your love and well-wishes are more than enough, but if you’re looking for a tangible way to support us during this time, we are incredibly thankful. Thank you for being part of our village and for already loving our little one so much. We can’t wait for you to meet them when the time feels right. With so much love, Ed & Kaitlin🤍 (and Baby Potts)
We are so excited to introduce our baby to the people we love and truly appreciate everyone’s understanding as we settle into the early postpartum weeks. If you’d like to visit, please text us the day of to confirm, as plans and energy levels may change. We kindly ask that visitors be completely healthy and have received the Tdap, flu, and COVID vaccines before visiting, to help protect our newborn. When you arrive, please wash your hands right away, and we ask that there be no kissing the baby. Visits may be short and sweet (max 1 hour) as we prioritize rest and recovery. Thank you so much for respecting these boundaries and for helping us keep our little one safe. We are so grateful for your love and support.
