Supporting the Straub family as Michael undergoes surgery, recovery and treatment for cancer. (Please refer to the update section for all updates throughout his journey. You have to click on the updates to read them!) He will be having a segmental mandibulectomy , reconstruction and graphing done all in one surgery- it will be a 10-12 hour surgery on September 2nd. He was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma recently and it's spread into some of his lymphnodes. Multiple family members will have access to this page so one of us can update his journey and add things in as time goes on but I wanted to get this going and try to minimize the stress on him and Danielle as they navigate through these next few months. We are asking for any support possible, whether that's a meal, uber eats gift card, or gas station gift cards for gas for all the traveling back and forth to the hospital. Obviously, tons of prayers thoughts and positive vibes to them as well.
