As some of you already know, Kennedy has been diagnosed with a heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot, which, crazy enough, her older brother, Liam, has the same defect. She is having open-heart surgery July 25th at the Arthur M Blank Hospital in Atlanta. As of now her cardiologist says it is normally a 6-week recovery period. I am taking 8 weeks off of work to ensure her recovery goes smoothly. With that being said, we will be staying at the hospital for 4-6 days and would welcome any help with meals while we are in Atlanta. Jake and I are not normally the type to reach out like this, but we are trying to alleviate as much stress as we can while also keeping our minds focused on our daughter making a full recovery from this surgery. Thank you so, so much to anyone who spares a few dollars for us. We know it's rough out there, and we both work super hard to keep ourselves covered. I never imagined I would have to go through another surgery with one of my babies, and yet here we are, but we are going to keep pushing forward and keep our heads up!
