“As some of you may know, there were significant complications for me with Claire’s birth. She is 100% healthy, beautiful, doing very well and we are so grateful and in love. After her birth, they found I had a placenta accreta (placenta grown into uterus) that caused a large hemorrhage and 2 liters of blood loss. I was rushed to emergency surgery for removal of the placenta and had a blood transfusion. I am now getting ready for my second surgery for a hysterectomy and they are optimistic that I will be able to go home no later than tomorrow. (6/19/25)🙏 Please send thoughts, prayers, and if you are able to donate blood to your local hospital or blood bank, please donate! It was a very scary experience losing that much blood and I’m forever thankful to person(s) that donated for me. ♥️🩸
