As many of you know, Lisa V aka Memom has had a difficult few weeks. After her knee replacement surgery in early June, she experienced unexpected complications and was transferred to Jefferson Hospital, where she spent a week or so recovering. Thankfully, she's now home, but she still has a long road ahead. Her loving husband Tony has been by her side every step of the way, caring for Lisa while also trying to keep up with the day-to-day responsibilities at home despite facing his own health challenges. I wanted to start this meal train as a small way for all of us to show our love and support. A home-cooked meal or even takeout delivered to their door would help ease the burden of cooking and cleanup, giving them one less thing to worry about as they focus on healing.
