Sarah's got 99 problems, but dinner aint one!

W
Story

Our sweet friend Sarah is getting ready to undergo her second back surgery, and this one is going to be a much bigger undertaking than the first. The surgery will be more invasive, and unfortunately, that also means a longer and more difficult recovery. For a while, Sarah will need to focus on one very important job: resting, healing, and getting stronger. We’d love to take one thing off her and her husband’s plate by helping put something good on their plates, so they dont have to worry about it. During her recovery, nourishing foods will be especially helpful. Meals with plenty of protein and fiber, along with fresh fruits and vegetables, would be wonderful. Think wholesome, comforting foods that will help keep her fueled while her body does the hard work of healing. A rotisserie chicken and some sides, a big salad with a protein, a container of fresh-cut up fruit, soup, a veggie tray, breakfast foods, easy snacks or even a grocery or restaurant gift card. Every little bit helps. Also, anything that is easily frozen and reheated later would be great! Let’s keep Sarah fed, feeling spoiled, and out of the kitchen until that back is ready for action again!

Special Notes

Please NO CILANTRO!! There will be a cooler set upon the front porch to put the food in. It will be checked several times each day!
