Thank you for visiting our Give In Kind page. Our family recently began an unexpected journey after my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. While we are hopeful and trusting God through each step of treatment, we know this road is one we cannot walk alone. We created this page to provide updates, coordinate meals, organize practical support, and share specific prayer requests and needs as they arise. It allows us to keep our family and friends informed in one place while helping us focus our time and energy where it's needed most—on his treatment, healing, and our family. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy with the hope of shrinking his tumor enough to make surgery possible. We are taking this journey one appointment, one treatment, and one day at a time, celebrating every victory along the way. Your prayers, encouragement, meals, and acts of kindness have already been an incredible blessing to our family. Thank you for standing beside us, loving us, and reminding us that we are not walking this road alone. Your support means more than words can express.
His appetite and food preferences may change from day to day. If you're providing a meal, simple, high-protein, easy-to-digest options are greatly appreciated. Grilled or baked chicken, turkey, fish, eggs, soups, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, cooked vegetables, and fresh fruit are all wonderful choices. Please avoid red meat (beef), pork, heavily fried or greasy foods, very spicy foods, overly rich casseroles, and foods with strong odors. Smaller portions are often easier to tolerate than large meals and encouraged. Most importantly, thank you for loving and supporting our family during this season. We are incredibly grateful for your kindness, prayers, and generosity.
