Preparing to Welcome Two Little Miracles 💙💗 Our dear friends Kayla and Derek are getting ready to welcome their precious twins—a beautiful baby boy and a beautiful baby girl—into the world this coming week! God is blessing them in double measure, and we are so excited to meet these sweet little ones. Their almost 2-year-old daughter, Stella, is about to become the proudest big sister, and we know she’s going to love her new role. As you can imagine, life with newborn twins (and a busy toddler!) will be filled with joy—and a whole lot of busyness! Between feedings, snuggles, diaper changes, toddler playtime, and trying to catch some rest, every helping hand makes a difference. We want to surround Kayla, Derek, and Stella with love and support during this special season by providing meals that will help lighten their load and keep them nourished. While Kayla and Derek aren’t able to accept visitors right now as they adjust to life with their twins and big sister Stella, they want everyone to know how much they look forward to the day when they can make introductions in person. Their hearts are so full, and they are incredibly grateful for the love, prayers, and support surrounding them during this exciting (and busy!) season. I know they feel truly blessed to have such a wonderful community of family, friends, coworkers, and church family rallying around them. Every meal, kind word, and prayer is making a difference. Meals will be delivered to me, and I’ll get them to Kayla and Derek in between feedings, naps, and all the beautiful chaos that comes with newborn twins and a toddler.
