Support for the Bradley Family

Midlothian, VA

Story

On August 15th Bryan suffered extensive burns to both hands during a fire. This page was created to bring support to the Bradley family during his hospital stay and during his recovery at home. I know they are truly grateful for the outpouring love and support from each and every one of you. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

Special Notes

Please see the mealtrain link below from Bryan's coworkers at the fire station or send the Bradley's a gift card from this page! https://www.mealtrain.com/trains/e5zlo2 Below is an Amazon wishlist for Bryan to ensure he is all set up at home once he leaves the hospital. A few specific things that they will need help with over the next 6-12 months include lawn maintenance (now being taken care of by the Richmond Fire Department!), house cleaning/grocery shopping/ general help, pet care. Please feel free to sign up to help with these items or send a gift card for these services. Amazon Wishlist: https://www.amazon.com/registries/custom/2G45XAEWRC84G/guest-view Bryan needs to be eating a lot of protein in order to heal successfully so if you bring a meal to drop off, please try to make it fairly healthy and high in protein. Gift cards for food delivery are also a wonderful idea as well as food from some of these local places: Cava, Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe, Canastas Chicken, Pit and Peel. Grocery store gift cards are also perfect (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Lidl, Wegmans, Kroger)! *When signing up for dog care or home services, please text (804.467.1976) or email ([email protected]) and specify what you would like to help with (dog walks, dog sitting, house cleaning, etc.) ***VERY IMPORTANT*** Infection prevention is very important right now for Bryan. The family is asking that unless they reach out directly or say it’s okay to come by, visits inside the house will be limited. Bryan and Mandy may also request everyone to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer if visiting. Bryan is at a high risk for infection so thank you all for being considerate of their requests.
