Let’s rally around Mary Pat and support her as she heals! Heart heathy meals, company during daily walks or brief visits (mutually agreed upon in advance) would be most appreciated at this time.


Special Notes

Heart healthy meals would be most appreciated: salads, vegetables, low carbs, whole grains, lean animal protein (white meat- only chicken, beef), salmon and limited salt. Mary Pat would prefer that meals not have onions or blue cheese. Beef or salmon should not be rare or medium rare. She especially loves all kinds of salads (no onions) and soups. She’s a fan of beans, Mexican food, organic blueberries. Some of Mary Pat’s favorite local restaurants are Panera, Depot Nuevo, Marco Roma, Great Coast Commons and Little Honey Comb. Check with her for preferred dishes.
