We are starting this page to organize community support for Tom Hansing after brain surgery and six weeks of chemotherapy and radiation to manage Glioblastoma. Our family's primary goal is to keep all of our energy and focus directed entirely on his daily care and comfort. To assist us in doing that, we are using this page to coordinate all logistical help, updates and ways to help in one place. Prayers and positive messages are the preferred method of support. These items are medical supplies, comfort items for Tom, and items that may assist or bring relief to the family and caregivers. We are now focused on prepping the house and our lives for the next round of treatment. Chemo and radiation should start around the 1st or 2nd week of July. Outside of medical items, that should be hopefully covered by insurance, we will need support with quick and easy meals and support for caregivers. It's more about nutrition and quick-prep meals.
