Helen is one of the strongest people we know, a sheep farming nurse from Tasmania who has spent her life caring for others. But even the strongest among us need support when facing something as profound as losing a spouse. Right now, the most meaningful thing we can do is help give Helen the gift of time so she can be fully present with Charles, without the added weight of daily responsibilities like meal planning and preparation.
