Yoachum Family

Story

With Deepest Sadness This is an incredibly difficult time for the Yoachum family. We want to thank everyone who has reached out with prayers, kind words, and offers of support. Your love means more than we can express. For those who knew him, you know that Chase was a bright light—so loving, so caring. Now, he is our forever angel, and his memory will live on in all of us. Mike, a devoted father and friend to many, has always been someone who gives endlessly to others. As he continues his journey to healing, we ask for your continued prayers, which are powerful and deeply appreciated. If you feel called to help support the family during this time, any contribution—no matter the amount—will make a difference. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with the Yoachum in this time of unimaginable loss and ongoing recovery. Thank you from Caputo’s,Yoachum’s, and Camp family !

An unimaginable loss for so many...his family, his teammates and friends, his classmates, his teachers and the community. I only knew Chase from his connection to my grandson Logan on the soccer team. I met him maybe twice in the aftermath of the ex itement of a win or the disappointment of a loss. But how evident it was how he was admired. Losing such a positive influence, yet a child as Chase, is heartbreaking to so many. I pray that God's grace helps his family, his friends and teammates and everyone saddened by his loss know that a special kind of peace will take a forever place in our broken hearts to remember Chase...and smile for it.

Their truly are no words for such an unimaginable loss and our hearts break for you. My son Mason went to school with Cole and they play baseball together. Even though we didn't really know Chase that well he still left a lasting impression on my son who is 10 yr old because he tells us some funny stories and your husband Mike is always so kind and caring and always willing to give a helping hand for our kids. Please know that we continue to keep Mike and your entire family in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time🙏❤️🙏

I’m so very sorry for your loss. My daughter Ziva was Chase’s classmate and had nothing but positive things to say about him. I know there really are no words for a time like this, but we will continue to pray that the Lord gives you strength and comfort during this difficult time and healing for Mike.

The Turzo and Sitarski family are so so very sad to hear of the loss of Chase. Praying for Mike’s recovery. My granddaughter Adrianna Turzo was very good friends with Chase . Chase is an angel in heaven looking down at all of you. Our hearts and prayers are with you and your family. 🙏🏻❤️
