Meal Train for Sandbulte Family

🚨 **Urgent Meal Train Request for the Sandbulte Family** 🚨 **When it rains, it pours.** If you've been part of our community for any length of time, chances are you know Ashley Sandbulte. Ashley and her husband, Barry, have spent countless hours volunteering, supporting community events, and showing up whenever someone needed a helping hand. They are the kind of people who quietly give so much of themselves without ever expecting anything in return. A few months ago, Ashley was diagnosed with **Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH)** and underwent surgery to have stents placed in hopes of relieving the pressure caused by the condition. Many of you rallied around their family with meals during that recovery. Unfortunately, that surgery was not completely successful, and Ashley now needs another surgery **this Tuesday** to have additional stents placed. As if that wasn't enough, their oldest son, Josh—who has been an incredible help to Ashley throughout this entire journey is also having his tonsils removed **this Wednesday**. As a mom who has cared for both a child and an adult through tonsil recovery, I know firsthand that it is no easy recovery. I'll be making some puréed soups for Josh, but their family is going to need a little extra help beyond that. To top it all off, Barry is starting a **new job on Monday**. None of this was planned, but sometimes life piles everything on at once. Thankfully, Korbyn and Maddox are old enough to help around the house while Ashley and Josh recover, but they can't exactly take over making meals. So I'm asking our community to do what this community does best. If you're able, please consider signing up to bring a meal over the next week or two. Whether it's a home-cooked dinner, takeout, or a gift card to a local restaurant, every little bit will lift one more burden from their shoulders and allow them to focus on healing. Ashley would never ask for this herself, so I'm asking for her.
