My Selflessness Sister with a huge heart Megan Damio

My sister has always been someone who gives everything she has to those around her, even if it means she goes without. Recently, she has been struggling with serious medical issues while also enduring a rough, verbally abusive situation. Despite these challenges, her kindness and generosity never waver—she continues to put others first, even when her own needs are great. About Megan She fight one hell of a medical fight every single day. Megan is 39 year old and has a huge heart. She lives in Freehold for two years. Megan current medical situation is not very good. She had gotten hurt on a college trip back in October of 2025 and during the recovery period got the ankle hurt. New Year Day Megan turn up at Jersey with two blood clot in her lungs. After that issue happen around March she started throwing acid which meant her gastric sleeve had started causing issues. She has to have her sleeve brought to a bypass. This is put a huge restriction on her life, causing her only to be able to eat certain foods. in addition to this issue she fights every day low blood sugars. At this time she needs needs a full time caregiver. She has good days and bad days no matter what she smiles never takes her hard days out on anybody. But is in positive vibes and good energy, even if it means being in her wheelchair. Now, she needs help to cover day-to-day living expenses as she recovers and works to rebuild her life. The stress of medical bills and the impact of her past have made it difficult for her to find stability, but I know that with the support of caring people, she can find hope again. Every contribution will help her with essentials like food, housing, and other daily needs, giving her the chance to focus on healing and moving forward. Special Notes

We all know Megan does not eat Seafood or fish. Also, Megan current diet is soft, moist and Puree food. Please keep in mind she also has a full time care giver due to the fact that she can not be left alone due to current medical needs
