My aunt has been through more than anyone should have to endure, and after recently losing someone so dear and close to her heart one after another, the last thing she should have to worry about is what to feed the kids or coming into a messy kitchen at the end of a long, emotional day. This meal train is a small way for us to surround her with love and support during this time. Providing meals helps give her space to grieve in her own way, on her own time, without the added pressure of daily responsibilities. It’s one less thing for her to carry while she focuses on herself and her family. If you’re able to help, please sign up for a date that works best for you. Any contribution—whether it’s a home-cooked meal, takeout, snacks for the kids is deeply appreciated and means more than words can say. She is a family of 7, 5 children 2 adults. Just throwing that out there for portion size purposes.
