Hello, my name is Exie and it took a lot for me to ask for help from strangers, but I wouldn't unless I didn't need it. I recently lost my job as a home Caregiver due to extreme anxiety. I started having panic attacks while there even though it's a house I've been going to for years. Due to this, I am going through some financial hardships at the moment. I am having trouble buying groceries and putting gas in my car. We also have 3 cats that are running low on food. I have suffered a lot of trauma these past years that have definitely impacted my mental health. I lost both parents within a 2 year span and then my daughter's father passed away too. It has been a lot for me to handle. I have a psychiatrist appointment coming up so hopefully I can get on better anxiety meds and also see a therapist so I can start to feel better.
