Food needs: Lots! We love stews, cooked vegetables, whole grains and most meat/fish. Here's our everyday dietary needs: - Gluten-free - No dairy (butter/ghee is ok) - No Beans / Lentils / Chickpeas - No Soy (soy sauce ok) - Low/No sugar - Standard Kosher-style (no meat w/dairy, no pork/shellfish, etc.) Things we currently also don’t eat: - Crucifers (kale, broccoli, cabbage, etc.) - Onions - Garlic - Tomato sauce/paste (a few tomatoes ok, just not concentrated)
