On June 30th, 2026, I was diagnosed with Stage 1 invasive ductal carcinoma. There are 4 small tumors all in my left breast, which will be removed via double mastectomy on 8/18. There is a possibility that I’ll have to do chemo and/or radiation, but won’t know until after tumors are sent off for testing. I’m being cared for by Dr. Warren at Levine Cancer Institute in Charlotte, he is the very best at what he does! Right now I have many appointments and follow ups ahead, the road is a little unknown until after surgery. I appreciate your thoughts and prayers as we navigate this season!
