At the end of February Israel was sparring at martial arts class and tore his Achilles and will be in a cast for the next month followed by a boot and PT. His team would love to show him some love by putting together a meal train. Izzy is such a kind soul and always offering to help others anytime they need it. This website is neat and allows gift cards such as grub hub and uber eats to be sent directly to his email. The meals only need to feed one person as he is an empty nester.
