Blessing the Nash Family was started to help Morgan and Jesse Nash navigate the next 7-8 months of chemotherapy. Morgan has been diagnosed with a Ewing Sarcoma of the Pancreas. She has already had surgery removing a large part of her pancreas and her spleen. She began chemotherapy two weeks ago and will continue getting treatments for the next 7-8 months. Her treatments will alternate. One week she will receive treatments everyday for five days and the following week she will receive treatment for 2 days. These are infusions that last 6-8 hrs so the days are long. She is attempting to do the five day treatments outpatient so she can see her girls. She may be forced to move those treatments to inpatient.
Morgan’s immune system is going to be working extra hard so please do not visit their family if you are sick.
