Melissa is having heart surgery on July 6. She has cared for so many of us through the years, so it's our turn to give back! Use this page to sign up for meals, rides, or visits with Melissa.
A few housekeeping rules: 1. Melissa has access to this page, so don't say anything bad about her ;) 2. None of us, including Melissa, knows how she's going to feel after surgery. Please respect her decision to cancel a visit or meal if she's not up to it that day -- it's not personal, but what is best for her in that moment. 3. Please limit salt and aim for healthier food that will be good for her heart! 4. They welcome meals that are prepped ahead of time with instructions for cooking or reheating. These meals can be dropped off at your convenience. 5. The girls have a tree nut allergy so if you are making a meal for the whole family, please label anything with nuts.
