The past one to two years of our lives have been marked by instability, loss, and a constant fight to regain safety and normalcy for our family. We experienced the sudden loss of our home through an illegal lockout that left us without warning, protection, or time to prepare. In a moment, we lost not only our housing but our sense of security. We were forced into survival mode, trying to keep our family together while navigating homelessness and uncertainty. Alongside losing our home, we suffered the heartbreaking loss of our furry best friend, a loyal companion who had been a source of comfort, protection, and emotional support during some of our most difficult moments. Losing them during a time of crisis compounded our grief and sense of isolation. It was not just the loss of a pet, but the loss of family. Since then, we have been doing everything in our power to rebuild. We have faced homelessness while actively seeking stability, safety, and lawful housing. We have endured displacement, stress, and fear, yet we continue to push forward for the sake of our family and our future. Each day has required strength, adaptability, and resilience—especially while trying to shield our child from the instability around us. Despite these hardships, we have not given up. We have continued to pursue legal remedies, safe housing options, and opportunities to regain independence and stability. We are working to rebuild not just a physical home, but a foundation where our family can heal, grow, and finally feel secure again. This period of our lives has been painful and exhausting, but it has also shown us our own resilience. We are asking for support not because we have failed, but because we are fighting to recover from circumstances beyond our control and to create a stable, safe future once again. Thank you for reading my story. We greatly appreciate anything that is donated much love
