Hi friends, Thanks so much for being here. I'm Kari, a florist, a mountain raised creative, and someone who has always found beauty in growth and transformation. Flowers are not the only things that bloom, and right now I am stepping into a new chapter in my own life. I am preparing for my top surgery, or my 'Top Chop'. This is something I have been dreaming about for years, a step toward living more comfortably and fully in my own skin. For me it is not just a surgery. It is about alignment, healing, and finally feeling at home in the body I carry through the world. Recovery will take time, patience, and support. That is why I have created this page, a place where I can share updates, track my healing, and let my loved ones walk alongside me in this journey. If you are here, it means you care enough to check in, cheer me on, or simply witness this moment with me. That alone means the world. Thank you for holding space for me during this transformation. Just like the flowers I work with, I believe that with a little love, care, and time, I will bloom brighter than ever after this surgery. With love and gratitude, Kari More information if you are curious- Surgery is scheduled November 3rd. Top surgery is a type of chest masculinization surgery that removes all breast tissue to create a flat chest. (A double mastectomy) In my case, I’m having an “all-out” procedure with no nipples preserved or reconstructed. This means the chest will heal completely flat, and recovery will involve 6 weeks of rest, limited upper-body movement, and careful wound care to ensure proper healing.
