Sandra, Matthew, Michael and Nicholas are all in our thoughts during this time. I am sure many are asking what can I do? The Mitchell family is busy processing their grief, taking care of their basic needs, and dealing with the many difficult tasks that need to be completed when someone passes. They don’t have the energy or capacity to think about meal planning, grocery shopping, or cooking. Everyone needs fresh, warm meals in times of crisis. Expression of condolences come in many forms. This is a form of self-care, compassion, and kindness. Let's take something difficult off their plate during this time. Since they will need to grab many meals on the go during the coming weeks, they could use our support by providing gift cards to restaurants/eateries that they frequent.
