Support For Angel (Medical, Housing, Food)

I am asking for help because I am in a very bad situation. My living situation is unstable and not ideal, it's unsafe. My insurance is about to be cut due to changes in the policy and without my medication I will die. My job is threatening to fire me because of the fact I am disabled and therefore slower than the rest of my coworkers so my hours have been cut harshly, I only make about 150$ every 2 weeks if that, it use to be closer to 200$ but they dropped my hours so now it's less. I desperately need money to keep my insurance and get out of my bad living situation, I have someone in another state ready to help me but until he can get his life sorted, I need to manage myself however I also want to have funds for when I do move so it's easier on him. I am going to try to apply for food stamps and I am trying to get a better job, this is just to help me until hopefully things get better.
