Support for our family of neurodivergence and our T1D, celiac son

W
Story

As a household with several neurodivergent people and constant challenges, I am always searching for ways to give and get support. We recently found out that our son who is a T1D very likely also has celiac and we are trying to figure out how to navigate that with the current economic struggles. We are a family of 7 and are constantly struggling with making nutritious meals that fit all of our needs and food sensitivities/ aversions. The main thing I’m looking for is ideas and advice on meals, keeping a clean house, organization that fits our lifestyle, and routines that fit our lifestyle. We have several people in our household who have adhd and we also have a few autistic people and a few combinations of both so routines are very important to some and borderline impossible to others. We also have a baby on the way.

Special Notes

For our T1D carbs are not anything to worry about he can have anything but with the celiac possibility he cannot have gluten.
