Hi guys, on January 6th, unfortunately my dad had a small vessel stroke. Luckily, he got to the ER in a timely matter and received a blood clot buster medication that did a great job. He was later moved to the ICU at Utah Valley. Fortunately, all his exams show no neurological deficits. He's now on a med surge neuro unit and will be discharging home tomorrow. His prognosis is amazing, but he will still need to take it easy for two weeks or so. This includes no driving. I, Shaylee, will be able to help him a little bit over the weekend, but I just wanted to set this up to help him, especially when I have to attend to my little kids in Salt Lake. We are so grateful for our family and friends, thank you.
