Help feed Bryan and Jackie

W
Story

Monday July 20th Bryan had a heart attack. After this he spent 2 weeks in the hospital waiting for surgery to place stents. Unfortunately, the day after he was released, he fainted and was sent back to the hospital. When he was released 2 days later, he was given a heart monitor. This monitor showed a very dangerous heart rhythm, and he was instructed to return to have a pacemaker/defibrillator placed. The day that he was instructed to return, Jackie received a hip replacement and is unable to work for an extended period of time. Both are now living with difficult restrictions making it hard to cook for themselves (among other things). I am hoping to alleviate some of this difficulty by setting up a meal train. Bryan is scheduled to return home 8/28.

Special Notes

Bryan is not a huge fan of chicken breast but will eat it occasionally. He also requests no "weird vegetables," they prefer beans, corn, potatoes, etc. Jackie prefers "plain and simple" meals. Neither like spicy foods.
