Help Our Family With Essentials Our family in Sarasota County, Florida, is experiencing a serious financial hardship. There are three people in our household, and both my mom and I are college students. My mom works at a Title I Christian school in Bradenton. Our household income fell from approximately $11,000 per month to around $3,000 after my dad, who previously provided approximately 75% of our income, was no longer able to provide that income. We’re struggling to afford clothing, shoes, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, groceries, gas, and other everyday necessities. We also have an urgent FPL disconnect notice.
