Our coworker and friend, Amber and her husband Jacob, are going through every parent’s worst fear. Their sweet baby boy is currently fighting in the NICU with P.P.H.N. (Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension of the Newborn) at the Children’s Hospital in New Orleans. As they stay by their baby’s side around the clock, they are also trying to care for their three other children, who are at home with family. The emotional and financial stress is overwhelming between travel, meals, missed work, and keeping things afloat for their kids, they are facing an impossible load. We are coming together to support Amber and Jacob so they can focus solely on their baby Sawyer’s healing.
