Kelly was diagnosed with PKD at a very young age. Over the years, Kelly's kidneys have gotten progressively worse. She is now on the transplant list and is waiting to reach the top of the list to receive her new kidney. In the meantime, they are going to do a procedure to make Kelly more comfortable in the meantime! This procedure is truly a blessing, but is going to put her out of commission for a while. Lets help keep Kelly's fridge full so she doesn't need to worry about feeding herself or her daughter!
