Cooking Up Courage for Jean

Story

Supporting Nana Jean & Pap During a Difficult Time If you know Jean, you know she’s a lover of Jesus, a friend to everyone she meets, and truly one of the kindest women you’ll ever know. She’s spent her life loving others with a generous heart—and now it’s our turn to show up for her. Jean is currently facing stage four breast cancer for the second time. She recently underwent a mastectomy and will begin radiation soon, which means frequent trips to Pittsburgh for treatments and appointments. At the same time, Pap is in need of a hip replacement and is having trouble getting around, which adds another layer of challenge to their daily lives. We’re organizing a Meal Train to help care for them during this difficult season. Having meals provided allows us to focus on getting them to appointments, supporting their recovery, and making sure they feel as loved and supported as they truly are. If you’re able to contribute a meal—or help in any way—we are deeply grateful. Your kindness means more than you know. With heartfelt thanks, (Trinity Romesberg and the Family)

Special Notes

There are no allergies but healthier meals are preferred as they are battling some health issues. They love grilled chicken, salmon, veggies, cooked carrots, potatoes, steak, roast beef, wedding soup, and more!
