As many of you know, Ami will be having surgery soon and will need some time to rest and recover. During this period, we’d love to come together to support her and the family by helping with meals. Providing dinner a few nights a week will allow her to focus on healing and take one big thing off the family’s plate (literally!). If you’re able to contribute a meal—homemade or takeout—it would mean so much. Initially, Ami is thinking 2-3 meals a week would be ideal. Please keep that in mind when scheduling. Also, some helpful ideas: All the kids are big veggie/fruit eaters so any fresh cut would be well enjoyed with dinner. (Fran gives bonus points for broccoli). Rowan will take all the tomatoes, including the ones Byrdie wont eat ;-) Some specifics for each kid: Fran: Loves her sushi, rice/salmon, chicken, steak, and naan Byrdie: Loves all the ethnic flavors think tikka masala, butter chicken. chili, meatloaf, lasagna will be devoured. Soup...not so much. Rowan loves his BBQ, cherry tomatoes, meatloaf, lasagna, burgers pasta. The family is limiting sweets and alcohol, so no need to include desserts or alcohol.
