We are putting together a Meal Train to support one of our teachers, Lauren, and her family while her baby recovers from surgery. Her baby recently underwent surgery to have a mass removed, and thankfully, the surgery went well. She is still very young, and recovery has been a little difficult for her, so her family is taking things day by day as she heals. At this time, the family is only accepting gift cards from anyone who feels inclined to help. Gift cards for restaurants, grocery stores, or meal delivery services would be especially helpful as they navigate this time together. There is absolutely no pressure to participate. We simply wanted to provide an opportunity for our school community to support our teacher and her family during her baby’s recovery. Any kindness, thought, or support is deeply appreciated.
