On Friday, October 25th, Jesse Malone tragically lost his life in a car accident. He leaves behind three beloved boys and their mom, who is caring for a blended family of seven children total. I’m organizing this Meal Train to help ease some of the daily load as they navigate the days ahead. Providing dinner, groceries, snacks, or gift cards (DoorDash, Food City, Walmart, etc.) will help lighten the burden and remind them that their community is standing beside them through this heartbreaking time. This support also extends to Jesse’s parents, siblings, spouse — all of whom are deeply grieving the loss of his loved and vibrant soul. I know God works incredible good out of unspeakable tragedies. Every meal and every act of kindness helps wrap this family in the love and comfort they need right now. 💛
• Kid-friendly meals are always a hit — things like spaghetti, tacos, casseroles, breakfast casseroles, soups, roast, or anything easy to reheat. • No known allergies - confirmed by Mom 🫶🏻 • Disposable containers are best - easy to clean and so nobody has to worry about returning dishes. • Ivy is allowing drop offs and deliveries to her house — assume a no contact drop off as we want to respect their privacy and space they may want and need at this time. Feel free to write a note or letter showing your support 🫶🏻 • I’ll share the address privately once you sign up. • Gift cards for DoorDash, Walmart, or Food City are also super helpful for groceries and quick dinners. • Drinks and snacks for the kids (juice boxes, fruit cups, granola bars, etc.) are always appreciated! • If you’d rather drop off a freezer meal, just label it with what it is and cooking instructions. 💛
