Note from Morgan’s Mom Donya 7/22: What started out earlier today as a visit to urgent care, for what we thought was just a spider bite, quickly turned into every family’s worst nightmare. After being sent to the ER, we were told she could possibly have lymphoma, and she was immediately transferred by ambulance to Children’s Hospital. Just a few hours later, we received the devastating news: our precious granddaughter was diagnosed with leukemia. They will be doing a bone marrow biopsy tomorrow morning (7-23-25) Our hearts are shattered, and this has all happened so fast. We are still trying to process everything, but we know one thing for sure—she is strong, and she is a fighter.
