Hey everyone, as you may know, I am having back surgery on July 28th and will be pretty much confined to bed/couch for the following 2 weeks. The calendar here shows July, so pls click thru to August for more dates. If you are able to help by dropping off a meal, swinging by to have a chat or texts/facetime/phone convos, that would be amazing.
Food wise I’m open to almost anything. Trying to lay off the naughty stuff (and gluten) but meals/ shakes that are high in protein would be wonderful. Nothing super spicy alas. For visits, I’m tied up on Mon/Weds/Thurs mornings till noon. Other than that, if I’m awake, I would love to see you!
