This page was started due to the outpouring of support we have received to show the counties appreciation for what our wild land firefighters are doing for us during this horrible fire season. They all have been putting in crazy overtime hours, working when we are all sleeping and putting their lives and safety on the line to protect us, even going to other counties and states to assist wherever they are needed.
Update: for businesses providing lunches please change the number from 80 to 60 as of April 29th, there have been location changes for some of the firefighters. When things change again I’ll post here. Thank you so much! We are asking for healthy snacks and drinks for them. That won’t melt and are easy and quick to grab on the run. We are also asking for businesses wishing to prepare or send them dinners to have dinners packed in the clamshell to go boxes and have enough for 60-80 firefighters. All gift cards will be used to purchase snacks, drinks and pooled together for dinners. Ladybug Consignment Shoppe will be a long term donation drop off location.
