Autumn fractured her femur on Monday, August 12 and went in for surgery the next morning. Surgery went well and as of yesterday she made it home. She has a long road to recovery and with a full life, active kiddos, and football season upon us keeping Pat busy, they could certainly use our help. Friends and family have created this page as a way to create a meal train and to let everyone know how much they appreciate the love and support!
