Thank you for looking at our page! I (Ashley, Tim’s daughter and full time care giver) am going to be flying to Carbondale Illinois to visit my grandparents and aunt/uncle/cousins. Because of Covid, it has been several years since I have been able to make the trip. Tim has Vascular Dementia with early stages of Alzheimer’s and requires full time support and care. My partner, Bryan, and my sister, Sara, will be taking over for me while I am away, but we would love help with meals! Tim would certainly also love the company of visitors or phone calls. And if you have a friendly dog, he’d love you even more!
Tim loves classic comfort foods, like meatloafs, lasagna, Mac and cheese, beef and potato’s, things like that. Simple and tasty. He doesn’t appreciate a lot of spice lol!
