Our family is currently facing a medical journey as my dad undergoes surgery for a Bochdalek hernia. Part of his colon has moved through the hernia, and recovery is expected to be long and challenging. My mom (and daughters) will be caring for him during his recovery, and we know they will need extra support in the coming weeks. We created this page as a way to keep loved ones updated and to help coordinate meals, encouragement, prayers, car rides for our mom, and practical support while they focus on healing.
