I am a full-time working mom doing everything I can to keep a stable roof over my kids' heads, but right now, we are in a really tight spot. I am currently stuck in an exhausting daily pay cycle, and I cannot cover our rent and basic survival costs alone until I can break free from it. We are in our home, but the financial strain is so heavy that I don't even know whether to finish unpacking or start packing back up. I am creating this 'village' because we desperately need immediate, practical help to stay afloat and keep our housing stable. Financial support to help cover our rent, utilities, and our storage unit fees is our highest priority right now. Additionally, because I rely on Uber rides to get safely to and from work every day, help covering transportation costs is critical to keeping my job. Longer-term, I am actively keeping an eye out for a reliable used vehicle or an electric bicycle so I can finally establish independent transportation and cut out the daily rideshare costs. Any bit of relief allows me to breathe, focus on my family, and work toward a truly stable foundation.

Urgent & Upcoming Needs Include: Household/Laundry: Dish soap, laundry soap, fabric softener, dryer sheets, and help covering the high cost of the laundromat. Personal Care: Dial soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bathroom tissue. School Supplies: With the new school year around the corner, we are also looking to gather school supplies over the next month or so to make sure the kids are completely ready. Health Support: We are also fighting a stubborn lice outbreak right now that is proving incredibly difficult to clear up.
