Some of you know Mike will undergo Open Heart Surgery on Monday July 28th. Many of you have asked how you can help and have encouraged us to start a meal train, so here it is. Mike will be in the hospital for approximately 10 days and a minimum of 6 weeks recovery at home. We will have family in and out to help, worrying about 1 less thing will be a relief.
Mike is allergic to shellfish. Grab and go is always helpful for trips back-and-forth to the hospital. Mike is not a big fan of Italian or Chinese food (he will eat it regardless), but loves anything meat and potatoes and loves Mexican food.
