Hello everyone, my name is Leah Baker. Heidi and I have been best friends for over twenty years! She’s is one of the kindest, most generous people I’ve ever known. For those of you that know her, she’s also terrible at asking for, or accepting help, which is why I’ve created this page. Heidi’s current treatment plan is three rounds of chemo and immunotherapy. Each treatment takes 2-3 days and they’re 4 weeks apart. She’s receiving incredible care at The Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Due to the distance, it’s best that she stay overnight in Jacksonville for her treatments. The cost of hotel stays, food and gas all add up quickly, not to mention the medical bills themselves! Help me rally around Heidi and her girls and show her all the love and support! 💚
