This season of transition is difficult. As the Sonshine kids hear all the time, two things can be true at the same time. We can be sad about saying goodbye but also feeling the pull to celebrate our wonderful school and staff. We would like to fill the next three and a half months not only with fun and love for our kids, but also for the amazing people who work at Sonshine. This site will help us maintain a calendar so we don't accidentally double up on a day and so that folks know where they can help. We don’t need to have something every day but if you feel inclined, please add an idea to the calendar and we’ll have as many people participate as possible. This can be having kids bring cards, bringing a treat to share, or maybe even a meal to cover lunch. We are hoping to do a larger thank you event towards the end of May, details TBD.
