Our dear friends, Sammy & Mercedes have recently welcomed their beautiful baby boy, Soren, into the world. Shortly after his arrival, Soren was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot, a congenital heart defect that requires extra medical care and close protection from illness while he grows stronger. Right now, their family's focus is on caring for Soren and keeping their home as germ-free as possible to help protect his fragile little heart. Between doctor's appointments, sleepless nights, and the many challenges that come with caring for a medically complex newborn, preparing meals is one less thing they should have to worry about.
