If you know Dian Sims, you know you have found a treasure. She is one of my dearest friends, and my long time mentor. She and her late husband Paul spent years devoted to the ministry of caring for people both in and out of Frazer United Methodist Church. They taught many of our children in Sunday school over the years. Maybe even many of you who are now older adults. Even In her own grief over the loss of her dear husband, Paul, Dian found the strength to facilitate a grief support group to help others. I was fortunate enough to be on the receiving end of that ministry. The Sims’ hold a very special place in my heart for a multitude of reasons. And I know they also hold a special place in your hearts as well. It’s our turn to give back. Some of you may know that Dian is sick. Her granddaughter Elizabeth is holding everything together, while working, and caring for her mother and for Dian. Let’s show Elizabeth and Paula some love. Instead of set meals, I think meal gift cards would be more appropriate and convenient. (DoorDash, take out/local restaurant and establishments) You can sign up to do an e- or simply mail
