In April I had an illness (flesh eating bacterial infection)that caused me to loose my leg above the knee. This was unexpected and has really caused financial stress as I went from being normal and working to disabled in a wheelchair with no income. Have applied for all assistance including SSI and SSDI. Did receive some county assistance however it ran out and can no longer help so needing to raise approximately $2600 for past due rent.
Am working with prosthetic company to hopefully aquire a leg soon so can get back to some what normal life.
