Hello Crossfit PTC Family! I have some difficult news to share today but I figured this was the best way to reach everyone! On Monday, I sustained a spine / back injury. I have been both in the hospital and specialists offices, undergoing tests, and receiving treatment. This week, I have been unable to move on my own. I have been in a wheelchair and required full assistance to complete my every day motions. Today is the first day I’ve been able to slowly sit / stand and walk for brief periods of time. So that is my bright spot today! 😋 Hopefully it’s upward and onward from here. My doctors have advised me to rest as much as possible right now. So I’m taking it one day at a time! CrossFit might look different for me for a little while but I hope to be back soon! Thank you to everyone who has helped and reached out! Your kindness and support means everything!!
